Chocolate Brownie Tart

Brown Sugar Pastry:

Brownie Filling:

Pastry: Blend flour, sugar, and chocolate: cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Mix in milk and vanilla with fork until just blended. Pat dough into 8-9 inch tart pan. Four fingers to keep from sticking.

Filling: Preheat oven to 350o. Melt chocolates, stir in butter, one piece at a time. Add sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla and nuts. Gradually add flour, stirring well after each addition. Pour into tart shell; bake until center is just set, approximately 35-45 minutes.

Topping: While tart is still hot, sprinkle with chocolate chips and spread when melted. Serve topped with whipped cream.
