Shrimp "Cat" Tail
3/4 cup cooked and shredded shrimp
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tbl. butter
1/4 cup warm water
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Combine water, butter, and shrimp. Add flour and cornmeal to form dough. Roll out on a floured surface, then cut with a cookie cutter and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
