Scrambled Eggs with Cream Cheese and Herbs

6 Eggs beaten with 1 Tbs water or milk
Herbs: 1/2 tsp fresh (1/4 tsp dried) Oregano, Basil, Chives, Parsley
1/4 cup Cream Cheese -diced; adjust to personal preference
Salt and Pepper to taste

Scramble eggs and herbs until nearly dry then mix in cream cheese stir until just melted. Serve immediately. As a side dish: sauté diced leftover baked potatoes with onions and chopped rosemary sprigs.
