in real estate transactions?
The real estate broker can monitor the entire transaction. He or
she can offer suggestions on marketing and/or finding specific properties to purchase.
He or she can offer assistance in many aspects of the entire process, subject
to any written agreements and agency law. It is important to be aware that while,
in Washington State, agents and brokers are legally held to the standard of a
practicing attorney, they are neither qualified nor allowed to provide legal advice
of any kind. Legal and Tax assistance should be obtained from qualified professionals
in their respective fields.
