Buying & Selling Real Estate in Washington

What is the lawyer's role
in real estate transactions?

A lawyer, after considering the facts affecting your particular situation, can offer suggestions and advice regarding any and all aspects of the transaction. He or she can explain tax aspects, protect your interests and help solve any problems that may arise. An important factor in the successful completion of a real estate transaction is using a lawyer who is fully conversant with current trends of real estate marketing, negotiating and sales. A successful transaction consists of bringing parties together rather than on adversarial conflict.
